Admission & Requirements
How do I apply?
Email polismaker@polimi.it with your CV, ID and (if available) degree certificate. You will then receive instructions for interview, selection and enrolment.
What are the requirements for 1st/2nd level?
See Requirements & Deadlines for details on eligible degrees and timelines.
What qualification is awarded?
The Specializing Master Diploma (1st or 2nd level) issued by Politecnico di Milano, upon attendance compliance and final exam.
Can I apply while I am finishing my degree?
Yes: indicate the expected graduation date. Enrolment is conditional on holding the required degree within the official deadlines.
Is part-time attendance possible?
Contact the Direction (polismaker@polimi.it) to assess your needs and calendar compatibility.
Where can I find the online application guide?

Where can I find amounts and payment deadlines?
Are scholarships/waivers available (e.g. INPS)?
When available, they are listed on Fees, installments & scholarships and via official communications.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, installments and deadlines are detailed on Fees, installments & scholarships.
Are refunds possible if I withdraw?
It depends on timing and regulations. Contact polismaker@polimi.it for your specific case.
Teaching & Calendar
When do classes start and where is the schedule?
Official dates and updates are published on the Teaching calendar.
What is the language of instruction?
If you enrol in the Italian track, delivery is mainly in Italian; if you enrol in the English track, it is mainly in English. Support materials and assistance are provided to facilitate understanding and personalized study. Language expectations are listed under Requirements.
Which attendance modes are available?
Two modes are available: on-campus at Politecnico di Milano – Leonardo Campus and online. All classes are recorded and available both live and on-demand to support comprehension and personalized study. See the Teaching calendar.
Can I rewatch a class or retrieve materials?
Yes. All classes are recorded and course materials (slides, handouts, assignments) are available in the Student Reserved Area (learning platform).
How are exams and the final assessment organized?
They are defined by the Direction and communicated during the academic year, in line with University regulations.
Is there a minimum attendance requirement?
The requirements for University Masters apply; details are provided by the Direction at the start of the programme.
Internships
Is the internship mandatory?
The curricular internship is an integral part of the programme; modalities and ECTS are specified in the Master’s documents.
How do I activate an internship agreement?
The Master’s office supports activation. See Internships and contact polismaker@polimi.it.
Is insurance coverage provided?
Yes: coverage for university internships is provided as per University rules; details are given at activation time.
Can I propose a host company/organization?
Yes, you may propose hosts aligned with learning objectives. The Direction will review and authorize.

How do I get a registration certificate?
Which documents should I attach to my application?
CV, ID, degree certificate (if available) and any relevant certificates. See Requirements & Deadlines.
