How to enrol in the first-level (Polis-Making) and second-level (PolisMaker) Masters

  • 2025–26 edition: teaching 13/02/2026 → 13/02/2027.
  • Apply by email with CV and PDFs.
  • Interview/selection and enrolment upon admission.

Requirements – First-level Master (Polis-Making)

  • Degree: Bachelor’s or equivalent suitable foreign title.
  • Experience: valued if related (planning, design, appraisal/valuation, value management).
  • Language: adequate proficiency in Italian or English.

Requirements – Second-level Master (PolisMaker)

  • Degree: Master’s degree (or single-cycle) or equivalent suitable foreign title.
  • Experience: valued if related (planning, design, appraisal/valuation, Value Management).
  • Language: adequate proficiency in Italian or English.

Documents to attach to your application

  • Updated CV (PDF).
  • ID document (front/back).
  • Degree certificate with transcript (if available).
  • Motivation letter (optional but recommended).
  • Any relevant certificates.

CISE & PolisMaker.Lab

The CISE Consortium – Construction Innovation and Sustainable Engineering, participated by Politecnico di Milano, delivers the Masters. Teaching activities are managed by PolisMaker.Lab, an internal laboratory of CISE. Website: cise-polimi.it

Requirements to enrol in the PolisMaker & Polis-Making Masters (1st & 2nd level)

Follow the steps below.

  2. Create your enrolment applicationOnline enrolment manual (PDF)
  3. Fill in personal data and required degree detailsStudy title verification for international students
  4. Selection process by the PolisMaker Master Scientific Committee.
  5. Pay the matriculation stamp duty.
  6. Degree verification and document approval for international students.

Application deadline: at least 30 days before classes start (the application must be completed and submitted at least 30 days before the course begins).

How do I apply?
Email polismaker@polimi.it attaching your CV, ID and degree certificate (if available). You will receive instructions for the interview and enrolment.
What do 1st- and 2nd-level Masters entail?
At least one-year programmes, 60 ECTS (about 1,500 hours), established and activated by Politecnico di Milano.
What qualification is awarded?
The Specializing Master Diploma (1st or 2nd level) issued by Politecnico di Milano, upon attendance and final exam.
