PolisMaker is a postgraduate program of Politecnico di Milano (Consorzio CISE) that trains a key interdisciplinary profile to plan and design urban and territorial transformation interventions aimed at sustainable and smart people-first cities, as well as to support complex-project financing and the evaluation, improvement, and management of urban assets and initiatives.

Financial note: 15 scholarships are planned, with an indicative value of $9,800 each (approx. EUR 8,200).

In El Salvador, the scholarships are aimed at graduates and lecturers (urban planning, architecture, economics, social sciences), and professionals with experience and interest in urban policies and territorial transformation.
Choose one research line and develop an applied thesis focused on urban and territorial priorities. The lines help you focus your work and connect it to real challenges, with support from the Master team and faculty.

Translations are accepted in several languages; translation into Italian is often indicated as preferable.
If your degree was obtained outside the European Union, before the program starts you must have one of the following documents:
If your degree is from the EU, a Diploma Supplement (with digital signature or verifiable QR) may be required, or one of the options above, according to official instructions.
For enrollment and your stay in Italy, additional documents may be required (for example, passport and visa procedures, if applicable) according to Politecnico "after admission" steps.

The duration is from May 2026 to May 2027. The final examination deadline is 01/15/2028.
It covers full Master tuition, study materials, 1:1 interaction with more than 70 professors and experts, and academic translation/interpreting support (Italian/English/Spanish), with tutor guidance.
