A program to transform cities and territories

PolisMaker is a postgraduate program of Politecnico di Milano (Consorzio CISE) that trains a key interdisciplinary profile to plan and design urban and territorial transformation interventions aimed at sustainable and smart people-first cities, as well as to support complex-project financing and the evaluation, improvement, and management of urban assets and initiatives.

Financial note: 15 scholarships are planned, with an indicative value of $9,800 each (approx. EUR 8,200).

Applications close on 04/15/2026. We recommend applying early, especially if you are an international student.

Are you an international student? This is what you should prepare

A) During the application phase (initial document upload)

  • Degree certificate
  • Transcript / academic certificate (exam list)

Translations are accepted in several languages; translation into Italian is often indicated as preferable.

B) Degree verification (mandatory before the Master starts)

If your degree was obtained outside the European Union, before the program starts you must have one of the following documents:

  • CIMEA
  • Certificación ENIC/NARIC
  • Certificación WES (World Education Services)
  • Dichiarazione di Valore (Declaración de Valor emitida por la representación diplomática italiana competente)

If your degree is from the EU, a Diploma Supplement (with digital signature or verifiable QR) may be required, or one of the options above, according to official instructions.

C) If you attend in person / stay in Italy (non-EU)

For enrollment and your stay in Italy, additional documents may be required (for example, passport and visa procedures, if applicable) according to Politecnico "after admission" steps.
